    Show Us Your Talent6th Annual QAE Talent Show - Explore Your Talent!

    It’s time to hit the stage! The 6th Annual QAE Talent Show is happening live on Thursday, May 30th, 2019 at John Marshall, 5 - 8 p.m. ​

    Do you have the next Beyonce practicing moves in your living room? Is your kid the next Kurt Cobain, rockin' it out in your garage? Then we need them to Audition for the greatest show in town, the QAE Talent Show 2019.

    Steps to take prior to your Audition for the QAE Talent Show:

    1. Develop a solo, duet or group act with a maximum running time of 2 minutes or less.
    2. Click this link to fill out the QAE Talent Show Audition Submission form.
    3. For any/all acts requiring pre-recorded music develop a .MP3 format music file for submission, 90 seconds or less. (Most acts are helped when accompanied by fun music.)
    4. Email your kiddo's MP3 music file to christawinquist@gmail.com, prior to your kiddo's selected Audition date. Super helpful, thank you!

    Audition Dates & Times
    Sign-up for an Audition date on the QAE Talent Show Submission form
    Tuesday, May 14th: During your child's lunch time by grade at QAE
    Thursday, May 16th: During your child's lunch time by grade at QAE
    Saturday, May 18th: 1 - 4 p.m. at the Queen Anne Community Center

    Our QAE Audition Committee will be super friendly and rooting for your kiddo!

    QAE Talent Show Details
    Where: Stage at John Marshall
    When: Thursday, May 30th, 2019, 5 - 8 p.m.
    Food: Dinner items and drinks will be available for purchase by the 4th grade IslandWood fundraising team. Dinner is covered.

    Talent Show & Audition Details:

    1. All kiddos must audition prior to the show so that we know how to stage and create an amazing event!
    2. All kiddos who audition are guaranteed a spot in the show! Yay!
    3. All music and performance content must be appropriate for K-5 grade school children.
    4. Acts are not allowed to include wheels, flames, or throwing of any items into the crowd.
    5. All acts must provide their props at the time of Audition and evening of the Talent Show.
    6. Looking for acts with awesome kiddo creativity! Recite a poem, perform a cultural tradition, stand-up comedy, Rubik's Cube solves, singing, dancing, gymnastics, and all acts that ROCK are encouraged!
